Terms of Use

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Reward Run for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Accounts & progress

You may play as a guest or link a platform account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Progress may be stored locally and synced to the cloud. We do not guarantee that progress will never be lost due to device changes, network issues, or service outages.

3. Virtual items & purchases

Coins, premium currency, characters, accessories, themes, and power-ups are virtual items with no real-world cash value. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their payment terms. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and generally are non-refundable except where required by store policy or law.

4. Advertising

The game may show rewarded ads (for example, to revive) and interstitial ads. Ad partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the game or related services
• Interfere with servers, leaderboards, or other players
• Use offensive, illegal, or impersonating nicknames
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission

6. Intellectual property

All rights in Reward Run, including art, audio, code, branding, and trademarks, belong to webmorphlab or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The game and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, webmorphlab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, progress, or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 10.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the game at any time and uninstall it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game and website.
